This incident has been resolved and all affected card transactions have been created in the declined state

Monitoring

We have identified the cause of the issue and implemented a fix affecting some card transactions.
Due to a data change, some card transactions were declined at authorisation and not populated on our system.
These card transactions will be re-processed and created in the declined state.
Most other card transactions were authorised and processed as expected.
